Yes. It is absolutely safe and good to eat Omani Dates every day. You can eat 4-5 dates a day to satisfy your sweet tooth and absorb all the vital nutrients present in the dried fruit. However, if you have diabetes or other pre-existing conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor on how many dates you should eat every day.
You can easily use dates as a sugar substitute by soaking them in warm water for an hour and blending the softened dates to create a paste/syrup. You can use this syrup to sweeten your desserts, savoury recipes and even for your morning coffee/tea.
