Happilo Christmas Mega Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in the Happilo Christmas Mega Giveaway (the
"Campaign"). By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.


1. Organizer

The Campaign is organized and operated by Happilo International Pvt. Ltd. ("Happilo", "we", "us", "our").

2. Campaign Period

- The Campaign will run for a limited period as communicated on the Happilo website and marketing creatives.
- Happilo reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

- The Campaign is open to individuals who: Are residents of India;
- Are aged 18 years or above at the time of participation; Place a qualifying order on the official Happilo website (www.happilo.com).
- Employees of Happilo, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To participate, customers must:
- Place an order of ₹1,999 or above (inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable) on the Happilo website during the Campaign Period;
- Ensure that the order is successfully delivered and not cancelled, returned, or refunded.
- Each eligible order of ₹1,999 or above will be considered as one (1) entry into the Campaign.
- Multiple eligible orders during the Campaign Period may result in multiple entries.

5. Prizes

The prizes under the Campaign include:


a) Dubai Trip Package (for selected winners)

The Dubai Trip prize includes:

1. Return economy-class airfare tickets from a major Indian metro city to Dubai;


The Dubai Trip prize does NOT include:Tourist visa for Dubai (UAE) for the winner;

1. Hotel accommodation for the duration specified by Happilo (standard or equivalent category);
2. Airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-airport transfers in Dubai.
3. Local sightseeing, excursions, activities, meals, or personal expenses; Travel insurance;
4. Any expenses incurred for passport issuance, renewal, or validity compliance;
5. Any additional costs due to flight rescheduling, delays, or cancellations beyond Happilo’s control;
6. Any expenses not expressly mentioned as included above.

The travel airline, dates of travel, and duration of stay will be solely determined by Happilo and/or its travel partners. No customization or cash alternative will be provided.

b) Gold Coin (for selected winners)

- Gold coin weight and purity will be as decided by Happilo;
- The gold coin will be delivered to the winner’s registered address or provided via an authorized partner;
- No exchange or cash alternative will be provided.


6. Winner Selection

- Winners will be selected by lucky draw method from the pool of eligible participants using a computerized or manual random selection process.
- The selection will be conducted by Happilo or its authorized representatives.
- The decision of Happilo regarding winner selection shall be final and binding.
- Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.


7. Winner Announcement & Communication

- Winners will be contacted via the contact details (phone number/email) provided at the time of placing the order.
- Winners may also be announced on Happilo’s website and/or official social media handles.
If a winner:
- Cannot be contacted within a reasonable time;
- Fails to provide required documents or confirmations;
- Is found to be ineligible; then Happilo reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.


8. Documents & Verification


- Winners of the Dubai Trip may be required to submit:
- Valid passport (with minimum validity as per UAE regulations);
- Any additional documents required for visa processing;
- Any declarations or consent forms if requested by Happilo.
- Failure to provide accurate and complete documents may result in disqualification.


9. General Conditions for Dubai Trip Winners

- Travel dates will be subject to visa approval, airline availability, and other logistical factors;
- Winners must comply with all applicable laws, airline rules, visa regulations, and hotel policies;
- Happilo will not be responsible for denial of visa, immigration issues, or non-compliance with travel regulations;
- Any additional travelers (companions) will be at the winner’s own cost unless explicitly mentioned.


10. No Cash Alternative


- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable;
- No cash or other alternatives will be offered in lieu of the prizes.


11. Disqualification


Happilo reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:

- Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or manipulation is suspected;
- The participant violates these T&Cs;
- The order is cancelled, returned, or refunded.


12. Liability Disclaimer


- Happilo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the Campaign or acceptance/use of the prize;
- Happilo is not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, or system errors affecting participation.


13. Force Majeure

- Happilo shall not be responsible for delay or cancellation of the Campaign or prizes due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, pandemics, travel restrictions, or technical failures.

14. Privacy

- Participant information will be used solely for Campaign administration and in accordance with Happilo’s Privacy Policy;
- By participating, winners consent to the use of their name and/or images for promotional purposes without additional compensation.


15. Modification of Terms


- Happilo reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.


16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


- These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
